Procurement of Maintenance & Store Items, Stationary & IT Items, Lab Chemicals, Student Teacher Centre (STC) at Ayub Medical College Abbottabad

Ayub Medical College Abbottabad invites bids from reputed firms and individuals registered and active with FBR and KPRA (where applicable) for procurement of various items. Items being procured: - Maintenance & Store Items - Stationary & IT Items - Lab Chemicals - Student Teacher Centre (STC) The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for most items except the Student Teacher Centre (STC) which requires Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit scanned bids electronically via the E-PADS portal in accordance with the instructions in the Standard Bidding Document. Original tender fee, CDR, and E-Affidavit must be submitted in the Procurement Office before the bid submission deadline. The bids must be uploaded by 27-08-2026 till 10:30 AM and will be opened electronically the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the conference room of Ayub Medical College Abbottabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the same conference room. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC category where applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money in the form of call deposit as specified for each item. The call deposits are Rs. 100,000 for Maintenance & Store Items, Stationary & IT Items, Lab Chemicals, and Rs. 500,000 for Student Teacher Centre (STC).
