Tender Description

Sindh Bank Limited is procuring comprehensive maintenance and support services for five HP servers located at its primary data center in Karachi and disaster recovery site in Lahore. This procurement is managed by the Information Technology Division of Sindh Bank Limited, headquartered in Karachi, Sindh. The contract reference number is SNDB/HO/ADMIN/TD/1583/2026. The scope includes 24/7 maintenance and support including parts and labor for HP Proliant DL 380 Gen10 and DL 360 Gen10 servers. The vendor must provide genuine manufacturer-approved parts, quarterly preventive maintenance, and backup equipment to ensure system uptime. The contract duration is one year with possible extension for three additional years. The vendor is responsible for all costs including transport and insurance.
