Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Shaheedan Bazar Branch (0578) Mardan KPK Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Shaheedan Bazar Branch (0578) located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, electrical fixtures, plumbing fittings, grills, glass partitions, wooden partitions, flooring, false ceiling, doors, and other materials - Dismantling of RCC walls of strong room and locker room - Shifting and relocating of existing dead stock items, old records, cash safes, and furniture - Reinforced cement concrete works including RCC walls, beams, lintels, and shelves - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry works of various thicknesses - Plaster works of different thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring and underfloor works - Porcelain tiles flooring and skirting - Granite skirting and threshold works - Glass doors and wooden frame glass doors - Porcelain tiles on toilet walls and floors - Vanity counters with granite - Supply and installation of wooden doors, glass partitions, wooden partitions, bulkheads - Internal and external painting works - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling and laminated gypsum tile false ceiling - Cornice and roller blinds - Stainless steel railings - Wooden textured tiles - Safety grills and GI shutters - Steel doors for ATM, guard room, and emergency exits - Wall and column cladding - Cash counters and wooden drawers - Termite proofing and hydraulic door closers - Wooden false ceilings and hanging beams - Logo/theme wall at reception - Waterproofing of toilet area and basement - Aluminum louver shutters - Imported frost paper - Reception counters and wooden rafters - Enamel paint on MS grills and doors - 3D drawings/layout submission - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style WC, wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, brass valves, check valves, covers, goose necks, hot water storage heaters, and water tanks - Soil, waste, vent, and rainwater drainage system with UPVC pipes, cleanouts, and cowls - External sewer and manholes including gully traps and manholes - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets, cable containment, floor boxes, technological boxes, pull boxes - Data, voice, and TV wiring with Cat 6E cables, patch panels, racks, and telephone junction boxes - Distribution boards and internal components including circuit breakers, changeover switches, protective devices - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Copper plate or rod type earth system - Fire extinguishers - Copper pipes and control cables - CCTV wiring and lighting - As-built drawings - Office furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center tables, writing desks - Air conditioning units of 1 and 1.5 ton capacity with inverter technology - Strong room door fire proof with specified ASTM rating - Transportation The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishing works as per detailed BOQs and specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, be on the active FBR Active Taxpayer List and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and not blacklisted. Experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4 million in the last three years is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft must be submitted to the NBP Regional Office, G-5/1 Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The contract performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price in the form of a bank guarantee. The contract duration is 150 days with liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price for delays.
