Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Karak City Branch (0451) RO Bannu

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the major renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP Karak City Branch (0451) located in Bannu. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and debris disposal - Reinforced cement concrete works (3000 PSI) for walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, thresholds, and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including tempered and wooden frame glass doors - Wooden doors, flush doors, wooden partitions, bulkheads, and false ceilings - Internal and external painting works - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and wooden furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, and counters - Termite proofing and repair of aluminum windows - Tuff tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall and roof treatment works - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, and accessories - Water supply system including pipes, valves, tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent, rainwater drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes construction - Electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring, main/sub main cables - Fittings, fixtures, and accessories including LED lights, fans, power sockets, cable containment, floor boxes, technological boxes, pull boxes, data/voice fixtures - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, changeover switches, protective devices - Security system wiring and devices including alarm panels, detectors, sirens - Earthing system with copper plates and rods - CCTV wiring and fire extinguishers - Sign board work including LED lights and backlit sign board fabrication - Bore works for water supply - Lightning protection system - As-built drawings submission - Air conditioning units supply and installation The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to complete the renovation and refurbishment as per the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and provincial revenue boards, and not blacklisted. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract duration is 180 days with commencement expected on November 16, 2026. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on LCBS basis. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
