The works are to be executed at various locations within Jhelum Cantt including Habib Block and other specified sites. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have relevant experience in similar works. Only contractors on the approved MES list with proven experience in this type of work are eligible to apply. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. The tender must be submitted to the office of the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 25 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day.
