Up-gradation of Passenger Platform No.1, Provision of Toilets and Road Surface Repair at Jhelum Railway Station

Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi invites bids for the up-gradation of Passenger Platform No.1, provision of toilets, and repair to road surface towards Jhelum Railway Station on the Lalamusa-Rawalpindi Section. This procurement is conducted under the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division) and on Through Rates basis. The works include the complete renovation and improvement of platform facilities and associated civil and electrical works to enhance passenger convenience and safety. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes. Additionally, bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earnest money in the form of bid security amounting to Rs.823,035/- is required, payable via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at http://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/108166. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 along with scanned copies of bid security, CNIC, PEC registration, and ATL status. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi. The deadline for bid submission is Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Only bids submitted via EPADS v2.0 will be accepted. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request.
