Repair / Maintenance of Family Suites No. H-310 at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through its Deputy Director (Civil), Parliament Lodges & Hostels (PL&H), Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the Repair and Maintenance of Family Suites No. H-310 at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Dismantling glazed or encaustic tiles (110 PSQM) - Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of POLYPROPYLENE RANDOM COPOLYMER (PPRC) water supply pipe (32 Mtr) - Cement plaster 1:4 upto 20' height (110 PSQM) - Scraping white wash or colour wash (315.87 PSQM) - Painting with emulsion paint first coat (315.87 PSQM) - Painting with emulsion paint second and subsequent coats (315.87 PSQM) - Painting old surfaces doors and windows first coat (16.42 PSQM) - Painting old surfaces doors and windows subsequent coats (16.42 PSQM) - French polishing on old work (94.48 PSQM) - Providing and laying ceramic tiles dado of specified size (110 PSQM) - Providing and fitting European coupled set of water closet (1 Each) - Providing and fixing stainless steel sink with drain board (1 Each) - Providing & fixing 24" deep box type wardrobe with MDF board (11.89 PSQM) - Providing and fitting glazed aluminium windows (17.98 SQM) - Providing false ceiling with plaster of paris sheet (102 PSFT) - Providing/fixing gas water heater (1 PSQM) - Providing and laying prepolished marble slab for vanities/shelves (3.89 PSQM) - Providing PVC concealed switch kit boxes and face plates (various quantities) - Providing and fixing copper winded exhaust fans and ceiling fans (various quantities) - Dismantling of already installed POP ceiling and wooden windows - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DCs inverter type AC split units (1.5 and 2 ton) - Main door lock and Alpha door locks - Master Charisma sink mixer - PVC kitchen cabinets and base cabinets - Curtain including sewing and fabric - Supply of Master Molty Foam Double size mattress - Manufacturing and placement of furniture items including sofa set, beds, dressing tables, dining table, chairs, center table - Providing/fixing wiring cables and ceiling lights - Providing fixing of imported wall lights, hanging lights, chandeliers - Providing/fixing gas heaters - Providing and fitting vanity and bathroom accessories The scope includes all materials, installation, testing, commissioning, and finishing as per specifications and directions of the Engineer Incharge. The total estimated cost is approximately **PKR 4,234,895.09**. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
