Providing and Fixing Cement Paving Blocks and Related Civil Works in TMC Baldia Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Baldia Karachi invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal for multiple civil works involving the provision and fixing of cement paving blocks, laying of 12" diameter RCC pipe drains, repair and maintenance of streets, desilting of sewerage lines, and hiring of excavator and dumper for cleaning nallahs in various Union Councils of Baldia Town, Karachi. The works are spread across multiple locations including Block 9D, 9C in UC-11, Ward No. 01 in UC-10, Ward No. 04 in UC-08, and other specified areas within TMC Baldia. Items being procured: - Providing and Fixing Cement Paving Block at Block 9D, 9C in UC-11 - Repair / Maintenance Street at Ward No. 01 in UC-10 - Providing / Laying of 12" Dia RCC Pipe Drain in Different Street Ward 1 to 4 in UC-02 - Repair / Maintenance Street by Paving Block, Ward No. 04 in UC-08 - Providing & Fixing of Paving Block at Different Area in UC-08 to UC-13 - Providing / Fixing Cement Paving Block Near Rohani Masjid Ward No.04 in UC-04 - Providing / Fixing of Paving Block at Masjid Khizra at UC-05 - Providing & Laying 12" Dia RCC Pipe Drain at UC-13 - Repair / Maintenance Street by Paving Block at M.A Khan Street in UC-07 - Providing / Fixing Cement Paving Block at Mubarak Street Ward No. 03 UC-01 - Providing & Fixing of Paving Block at UC-01 to UC-07 - Providing & Laying of 12" Dia RCC Pipe at UC-06 - Repair / Maintenance of Street at Paving Block at UC-09 - Repair / Maintenance of Sewerage Line 12" Dia RCC Pipe Drain at Ward No. 01 to 04 in UC-12 - Hiring of Excavator & Dumper for Cleaning Nallah in UC-03 - Desilting of Sewerage Line 12" Dia at Different Area in UC-12 - Supplying RCC Ring Slab & Mainhole Cover in UC-06 - Providing & Fixing of Paving Block at Bahar-e-Madina Madarsa in UC-03 - Repair & Maintenance of 12" Dia RCC Sewerage Line in Different UCs - Providing & Laying of 12" Dia RCC Sewerage Line in UC-09 to UC-13 The scope includes civil construction works such as paving block installation, RCC pipe laying for drainage and sewerage, street repairs, and equipment hiring for cleaning operations. All works must comply with the specifications and standards set by the Executive Engineer of TMC Baldia. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN and SRB active status, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and meet financial turnover requirements. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Baldia. Tender documents are available for download from 16/10/2026 to 01/11/2026 via the EPADS portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online by 09:00 AM on 02/11/2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 09:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Hub River Road, TMC Baldia. A second attempt for bidding is scheduled from 03/11/2026 to 18/11/2026 with submission deadline on 19/11/2026. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and accurate, including pay order for tender fees submitted physically before bid opening. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Only authorized representatives with proper CNIC and authorization letter may attend the bid opening. The evaluation will be conducted as per SPPRA rules and results published on EPADS portal within 90 days.
