Tender Description
The Directorate General of Social Welfare and Special Education Balochistan is procuring manufactured vehicles and accessories in Quetta. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the department’s operational capacity by acquiring essential vehicles to support its social welfare and special education initiatives.
The technical scope includes supply of vehicles and related accessories as per the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness. Bidders must be pre-qualified suppliers or contractors and submit electronic bids only, as no physical bids will be accepted.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum value of PKR 12,000,000 in the last three years. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 10,000,000 in three consecutive previous financial years. Active registration on the Federal Board of Revenue’s Active Taxpayer List and possession of a valid Sales Tax Certificate are mandatory. Joint ventures are not allowed, and bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
The bid security must be 2% of the bid value, submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The last date for bid submission is **15 May 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with tender opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS).
