Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit all required documents including photocopies of registration/pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 confirming no blacklisting or debarment, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last three years, and a postal order of Rs 2000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
