Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the manufacturing of composite products under Tender No 4997/IT-6503/Mfr/2026-27/FOR(GP-III)/UASF/SCM dated 17 Sep 2026. The procurement is for delivery to UASF/ARDIC, HIT Taxila with a delivery period of 6 months after signing the contract. Items being procured:
- Manufacturing of Composite Products as per Schedule of Requirement Annexure A
The technical scope includes manufacturing in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and latest modifications. All goods must be brand new from the current production year and conform to purchaser specifications. Inspection and testing will be conducted by the purchaser's authorized team. Warranty of 12 months after acceptance is required with performance bank guarantee of 5% of contract value. Firms must comply with eligibility criteria including valid NTN, sales tax registration, audit reports, bank statements, and non-blacklisting certificates. Bid security is required as per instructions with postal order of Rs 2000 attached with the technical bid.
Bids must be submitted in two envelopes (technical and financial) sealed and delivered to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Gate No 5, Taxila Cantt by 12 October 2026 at 10:30 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours. Late bids will not be accepted. The procurement follows PPRA and MoDP rules with evaluation based on least cost and technical compliance. Firms should ensure no conflict of interest and submit all required documents including agency agreements, audit reports, and certificates.
