Items being procured: - Construction of MCH Block at existing C-Class Dispensary at Gole (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5,678,446) - Separate water supply line for lower Complex to Eid Gah Colony, Elementary College, Sundus, Radio Pakistan Chowk, Tufail Colony, Brolmo Colony (Ph-I) (Improvement/Extension and Strengthening of Distribution lines at various locations in Skardu Town) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 31,026,148) The technical scope includes civil construction of a new MCH block at the Gole dispensary and comprehensive water supply and distribution network improvements for multiple localities in Skardu. Contractors must have PEC Category C-6 & above, CE-10 for the first lot, and C-5 & above, CE-09/CE-10 for the second lot. Earnest Money is required at 3 percent of the estimated cost, submitted as a CDR or Pay Order.
