Procurement of Medical Equipment, Medical Furniture, and Instruments

The Employees Social Security Institution under the Labour Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of medical equipment, medical furniture, and instruments. Financial bids must include an irrevocable bid security of 2% in favor of the Vice Commissioner ESSI Project Director, issued from the bidder’s bank account. Technical bids should be accompanied by a photocopy of the bid security or an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the bid security as per the bid data sheet. Negotiations or discounts on quoted rates are not permitted. The tender submission deadline is 27th July 2026 at 11:00 am sharp on E-PAD, with bid opening at 11:30 am the same day. Late submissions will be rejected. This tender requires bidders to be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in supplying medical equipment and furniture.
