Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide valid GST details where applicable. The prices quoted should be in Pakistani Rupees and valid for 90 days, extendable for 30 days. Bidders must submit E-Bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal, following the single stage two envelope procedure. Each lot will be awarded separately, and a 2% bid security of the total estimated price is required.
