Tender Description
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites bids for the procurement of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture, and fixtures for the construction of a divisional warehouse at District Shaheed Benazirabad. This procurement is part of the annual procurement plan for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope includes supply and installation of general furniture, medical equipment, IT equipment, and miscellaneous items required for the warehouse.
The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS). The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 12.108 Million**. The supply of equipment is expected within 16 weeks after the purchase order, with installation and maintenance periods clearly defined. Warranty includes free replacement of parts for three years along with free service and maintenance.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), possess relevant PEC categories if applicable, and have prior experience in similar procurements. Earnest money in the form of a pay order or call deposit from a scheduled bank must be submitted along with the financial proposal. The tender validity is 90 days as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
The submission deadline is **11 May 2026 at 11:00 AM** via EPADS, with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Vice Chancellor, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.
