Tender Description
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites bids for the procurement of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture, and fixtures for the construction of a divisional warehouse at District Shaheed Benazirabad. This procurement is part of the annual procurement plan for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope includes supply and installation of general furniture, medical equipment, IT equipment, and miscellaneous items required for the warehouse.
The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS). The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 12.108 Million**. The supply of equipment is expected within 16 weeks after the purchase order, with installation and maintenance periods clearly defined. Warranty includes free replacement of parts for three years along with free service and maintenance.
