Supply and Repair of Medical and Hospital Items at Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Ghotki

The Medical Superintendent of Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Ghotki invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is under Rule-46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules and follows a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Stationary items - Other Misc/Petty articles items & Other items - Diet for Patients - Uniform/Liveries - Life Saving medical Supplies (Gas) - Lab: Chemicals/Re-agents - Repair of Furniture/Fixture - Repair of Machinery equipment's - Repair of transport (vehicles) - L P Medicines/Drugs 15% - Specific Consumable - Purchase of Machinery/Plants The scope covers a wide range of medical and hospital supplies including stationery, patient diet, uniforms, life-saving medical gases, laboratory chemicals, and reagents. It also includes repair services for furniture, machinery, and transport vehicles, as well as procurement of medicines, consumables, and machinery/plants. The procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent office in Ghotki, Sindh. Eligible bidders must be registered on the ATL of FBR/SRB and comply with the financial and technical requirements as per the bidding documents. The tender fee for each item is Rs.3000 (non-refundable) and a bid security of 5% of the total budget is required. Bidders should ensure their bids are prepared in accordance with the instructions and submitted electronically via EPADS before the deadline.
