Taluka Head Quarter Hospital, Pithoro, District Umerkot, is inviting e-bids from reputable and sound position contractors, suppliers, firms, manufacturers, sole agents, and distributors for the procurement of essential medical items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) as per SPPRA rules. Interested bidders must register on the E-PADS portal to participate in this process. Items being procured: - Life Saving Medical Supplies (allocated budget: Rs. 856,000) - Specific Consumable (allocated budget: Rs. 3,844,000) - Expenditure on Diet of Patients (allocated budget: Rs. 8,586,000) - L.P. 15 Percent Drugs/Medicine (allocated budget: Rs. 4,109,400) The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality, up-to-date medical consumables, drugs, and dietary items as per the hospital's requirements. All items must comply with the latest standards and specifications outlined in the tender documents. The contract is a rate contract, and supply orders will be issued as per demand and budget allocation. The minimum expiry period for medicines and allied items is two years with free-of-cost replacement. Delivery must be completed within 5 days of the supply order, and the period is extendable by mutual agreement. Eligibility criteria include submission of a 2 percent bid security of the quoted amount in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Pithoro. Bidders must be registered with FBR/ATL, provide three years of income tax returns, and submit valid professional tax certificates.
