Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites bids for the procurement of medical supplies and medical items required specifically for the Emergency Room as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) under tender reference P84688. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

The scope includes the complete supply of medical items as detailed in the tender documents available on EPADS. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all eligibility criteria including valid NADRA citizenship, FBR NTN registration, and must not be blacklisted. A fixed bid security of Rs. 25,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required along with a performance guarantee of Rs. 100,000. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 3:00 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
The bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM on EPADS. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, including the scope, specifications, and terms and conditions.
