Medicine for Sehat Sahulat Programme and Local Purchase of Medicines at DHQ Hospital Karak

DHQ Hospital Karak invites registered firms, vendors, and suppliers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration to submit E-Bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Medicine for Sehat Sahulat Programme - Local Purchase of Medicines - Zakat and Bait ul Mal medicines on discount basis The scope includes supply of medicines for the Sehat Sahulat Programme and local purchase medicines to be provided on a discount basis under Zakat and Bait ul Mal. The approved rates will remain valid until June 30, 2027, under KPPRA Rule 31(A) for framework contracts and agreements. Availability of a pharmacist 24/7 for SSP and local purchase medicine store is mandatory. The firm must submit a certificate of performance for the past three years and maintain a well-equipped office with address and contact number. The supply must be purely quality-based with no alterations or changes in consultant prescriptions. Rate once approved cannot be enhanced. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals prior to acceptance as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit scanned copies of all required documents via E-PADS and submit the original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security to the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Karak before the closing time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Attested copies of documents should be submitted online and may be demanded physically during any stage of the procurement process. The closing date for bid submission is October 06, 2026, at 11:00 am, with bid opening at 11:30 am on the same day.
