Tender Description
The Livestock & Fisheries Department, Government of Sindh, invites sealed tenders for the supply of various items to support the Provincial Program Coordinator under the Accelerated Action Plan for reduction of stunting and malnutrition, Sethmand Sindh Program (Livestock Sector) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is based in Karachi and is open to eligible suppliers across Pakistan who meet the requirements under SPPRA Rules 2010 and its amendments.
Items being procured:
- Medicine & Vaccines (Bid Security: 8,000,000 PKR)
- Livestock & Poultry (Bid Security: 10,000,000 PKR)
- Miscellaneous items and supply of material for trainings/awareness sessions and distribution ceremonies (Bid Security: 500,000 PKR)
All items must be supplied as per the technical specifications and quantities detailed in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the EPADS portal (https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk) upon payment of a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 1000 per lot. The scope includes the provision of high-quality medicines, vaccines, livestock, poultry, and materials required for awareness and distribution activities under the program.
Bidders must submit bid security in the form of pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of Accelerated Action Plan for reduction of stunting and malnutrition in Sindh (Livestock sector). Both E-proposal (soft copy) and original hard copy must be submitted by the deadline. Only technically qualified firms will have their financial bids opened in the presence of their representatives. The deadline for submission is 24-09-2026 at 02:00 PM, with technical bids opened the same day at 03:00 PM at the Committee Room of SIAH, Karachi.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid security instruments are prepared well in advance and double-check the EPADS portal submission to avoid last-minute technical issues. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
