DHQ Hospital Chitral Lower, District Chitral, invites sealed bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of medicines, surgical items, laboratory chemicals, medical gases, and other essential medical supplies for the upcoming financial year. This procurement is being conducted under the KPPRA rules and all interested suppliers are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids through the EPADS system.

- Laboratory Chemicals (Call Deposit: Rs. 200,000)
- Dental Items (Call Deposit: Rs. 50,000)
- Medical Gases (Call Deposit: Rs. 100,000)
- Miscellaneous Items (Call Deposit: Rs. 100,000)
- Local Purchase Medicines (Call Deposit: Rs. 500,000)
- Emergency Medicines (Call Deposit: Rs. 1,000,000)
- Kitchen Supplies (Call Deposit: Rs. 500,000)
- Laundry Materials (Call Deposit: Rs. 50,000)
- Office Consumables and Stationery (Call Deposit: Rs. 50,000)
The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality pharmaceuticals, surgical consumables, laboratory reagents, medical gases, and other hospital essentials as per the detailed specifications available from the hospital. All items must comply with the relevant standards and be delivered to DHQ Hospital Chitral Lower within the stipulated timelines.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS, and no conditional or incomplete bids will be accepted. Firms must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and provide valid call deposit receipts as earnest money for each lot. Blacklisted or debarred firms are not eligible. Bids must be submitted by 2 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with evaluation commencing at 11:00 AM the same day. The hospital reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
