Eligibility requirements include submission of NTN, ATL status, DRAP registration, valid drug sale license, audited financial statements for the last three years, and proof of similar contracts executed in the past five years. Earnest Money and other bid securities must be provided as per the tender documents. Only technically qualified bidders will be invited to submit financial proposals.
