The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors for accelerated sustainable development initiatives 2025-26 in District Mansehra. The procurement is for two road works: Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives 2025-26 for District Mansehra SH - PK-3R (18 No. Roads) with an estimated cost of Rs. 47.000 million and Nakat Taria to Hamsherian By Pass Road (3.5 Km) with an estimated cost of Rs. 29.700 million. Both works require PEC category C-5 & Above. Items being procured: - Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives 2025-26 for District Mansehra SH - PK-3R (18 No. Roads) (Estimated Cost Rs. 47.000 million) - Nakat Taria to Hamsherian By Pass Road (3.5 Km) (Estimated Cost Rs. 29.700 million) The works are to be completed as per work order with last date of tender submission on 30th September 2026 by 12:00 PM and financial bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate and comply with all bidding conditions including valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money in the form of CDR. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PAD system. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per KPPRA rules. Venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Mansehra.
