The Military Engineer Services (MES) at the General Engineering (Army) Defence Complex Islamabad invites sealed tenders for various repair, renovation, distemper, painting, and construction works along with term contracts for B&R Artificer and E&M Sub Division. The procurement is for works at multiple locations within the Defence Complex Islamabad. Items being procured: - Misc Repair, Renovation, Distemper, Paint, Construction Works at Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works for B&R-I Sub Division GE (Army) DCI - Misc Repair, Renovation, Distemper, Paint, Construction Works at Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works for B&R-II Sub Division GE (Army) DCI - Misc Repair, Renovation Works at Various Locations and Term Contract for Internal / External Electric, Water Supply & Sui Gas Works for E&M Sub Division GE (Army) DCI The scope includes general building repairs, painting, distempering, electrical works, water supply, and gas works. Contractors must have relevant experience and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D & E with proven experience should apply. Firms not on the approved MES list may also apply but must deposit earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost and provide a certificate of works executed in the last two years. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who meet the eligibility criteria. Applications must be submitted by 1130 hours on 30 October 2026. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 1200 hours at the office of the Accepting Officer. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi). The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
