Up-gradation of Street Lights and Provision of Furniture, Security Lights, Electrical Works, and Repair Services at ARF PAC Kamra

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various works at ARF PAC Kamra. This tender covers a range of civil, electrical, and furnishing works aimed at upgrading and maintaining facilities within the domestic and technical areas of ARF PAC Kamra. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of street lights at domestic area ARF - Provision of furniture to makeup deficiency at 01 x Block of 12 x 3 Room Quarters Triple Story D/Area APF against JF-17 MRO (OP-1) - Provision of furniture at different locations - Provision of furniture at officer's area - Provision of security lights at tech area - Rehab of external electric cables at different locations of D/Area - Miscellaneous B&R items at Domestic/Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Miscellaneous FSS items at Domestic/Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Miscellaneous E&M works at Domestic/Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Provision of parking shed at tech area - TC B&R works including minor work & repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in D/Area ARF - TC BSR works including minor work & repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in T/Area ARF - TC B&R for Officer Area ARF & APF including minor works and repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in Domestic Area ARF PAC Kamra - TC BBR for periodical services & decoration works in D/Area ARF - TC E&M works and repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in Tech / Domestic Area ARF - TC E&M water supply / Sui Gas items in Tech / Domestic Area ARF The scope includes electrical rehabilitation, furniture provision, security lighting, and various building repair and maintenance works within the ARF PAC Kamra premises. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Firms enlisted with MES in category 'E' and above may apply. Non-enlisted firms must deposit earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost and provide a certificate of past work experience over the last two years. Interested parties can contact the office from 09:00 to 14:30 hours on any working day before the closing date. Tender documents must reach the GE (DP) ARF PAC Kamra office by 1130 hrs on the closing date and will be opened at 1200 hrs. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per para 33 (1) of PPRA rules.
