Pre-Qualification for External Water Supply and Construction of Underground Water Tank Works at Malir Cantt

Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for works by the General Engineer (Army) Services Malir for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works include: - TC for External Water Supply for Minor Maintenance & Deposit work in W/S Sub Division under GE (A) Svcs Malir Cantt - Construction of Underground Water Tank 5000 Glns at JCO Mess Account Qta Line Malir Cantt Contractors must submit their applications to GE (Army) Svcs Malir for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as per PSER-4. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. The tender must be received by 28 Oct 2026 till 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day. Firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) may apply. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide a statement of previous experience detailing work executed in the last two years and ongoing projects. Firms not registered with PEC will not be considered. This tender is issued by Military Engineer Services, Office of Garrison Engineer (Army) Services, Ziarat Lines Malir Cantonment Karachi.
