Repair of Trenches Including Beautification of Footpath at Multiple Locations, TMC Chanesar District East Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East Karachi invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for repair of trenches including beautification of footpaths at multiple prominent locations in TMC Chanesar District East. The works include repair and beautification at Amber Tower, Amber Castle, Shahrah-e-Faisal; Business Avenue Shahrah-e-Faisal; Alfa Electric Motorcycle Showroom Shahrah-e-Faisal; near Progressive Centre Shahrah-e-Faisal; and providing and laying paver blocks for trench treatment at Al Yaqeen School PECHS Senior Campus UC-01 PECHS-I. Items being procured: - Repair of trenches and beautification of footpath at Amber Tower, Amber Castle, Shahrah-e-Faisal - Repair of trenches and beautification of footpath at Business Avenue Shahrah-e-Faisal - Repair of trenches and beautification of footpath at Alfa Electric Motorcycle Showroom, Shahrah-e-Faisal - Repair of trenches and beautification of footpath near Progressive Centre, Shahrah-e-Faisal - Providing and laying paver blocks for trench treatment at Al Yaqeen School PECHS Senior Campus UC-01 PECHS-I The technical scope includes providing and fixing precast kerb stones, surface preparation and painting with plastic emulsion, laying aggregate base course as per AASHTO standards, and fixing cement paving blocks of specified sizes and strengths. The works are to be executed at various sites within TMC Chanesar District East, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization code CE01, active registration with FBR/SRB for income and sales tax, financial capacity with minimum turnover of Rs. 50 million over last five years, a project team with at least three engineers, audited accounts from an internationally affiliated audit firm, and no blacklisting or litigation history. Earnest money of 5% of project cost in the form of pay order from the bidder's own account is mandatory. Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS portal (http//portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk) from 14-10-2026 to 30-10-2026 for the first schedule and 02-11-2026 to 16-11-2026 for the second schedule. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS by 10:30 AM on 31-10-2026 and 17-11-2026 respectively. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same days at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Chanesar District East, Karachi. Bidders must submit non-refundable tender fees of Rs. 3,000 per work through pay order in favor of TMC Chanesar District East Karachi before bid submission deadline. Rate analysis is required if quoted rates deviate from estimated schedule rates. The contract period is normally up to 3 months with fixed price or price adjustment contract options. Liquidated damages of 10% of sanctioned cost per day apply for delays.
