The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various repair, renovation, and construction works at the GE (Army) Defence Complex Islamabad. The works include misc repair, renovation, distemper, painting, and construction at various locations under different term contracts. The specific items being procured are: - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Painting / Construction Works at Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-I Sub Division GE (Army) DCI - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Painting / Construction Works at Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-II Sub Division GE (Army) DCI - Misc Repair / Renovation Works at Various Locations and Term Contract for Internal / External Electric, Water Supply & Sui Gas Works E&M Sub Division GE (Army) DCI These works cover civil, electrical, water supply, and gas services maintenance and decoration at the Defence Complex. Contractors must have relevant experience and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only contractors on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D & E with experience in similar works are eligible. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost is required along with a certificate detailing past work executed in the last two years. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who submit complete credentials. Applications must be submitted by 1130 hours on 30 October 2026, and tenders will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them. Bidders should ensure timely submission and provide all required documentation to avoid disqualification.
