Supply of Uniforms & Outfit Items and Execution of Additional Development Works for Fire Stations, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites reputable firms to submit bids through the Sindh E Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure for supply and development works in Karachi. The tenders include supply of uniforms and outfit items for the City Warden, KMC, and execution of additional development works for the improvement, renovation, and operationalization of Bolton Market Fire Station and Gulistan-e-Jouhar Fire Station under the Fire Brigade Department, KMC. Items being procured: - Supply of Uniforms & Outfit Items for City Warden, KMC - Execution of Additional Development Works for Bolton Market Fire Station, Fire Brigade Department - Execution of Additional Development Works for Gulistan-e-Jouhar Fire Station, Fire Brigade Department The scope covers supply of quality uniforms and outfit items as per specifications and comprehensive development works including renovation and operational improvements at the specified fire stations. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and have experience in similar assignments. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of KMC. The bidding document fee is Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) per tender. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Completed bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 03:00 p.m. on 02/11/2026. Original bidding document fees must be submitted in person to the office of the undersigned by the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 p.m. at the specified venue. In case of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time and venue. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility and evaluation criteria. Only substantially responsive bids will be considered. Bid security will be returned to disqualified or non-responsive bidders upon approval. Hard copies of bidding proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes at bid opening to verify online submissions. Any forged or tampered documents will lead to disqualification and legal action. Karachi Metropolitan Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons, in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended).
