Miscellaneous Repair and Term Contract Works at Various Rawalpindi Locations

**Military Engineer Services (MES), Office GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi** invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for miscellaneous repair, renovation, distemper, painting, construction, electrical, water supply, sui gas, periodical services and decoration works at various locations. Sr. e covers B&R Artificer, periodical services and decoration works for B&R-II Sub Division. Sr. f covers the corresponding B&R works for B&R-III Sub Division. Sr. g covers the corresponding B&R works for B&R-IV Sub Division. Sr. h covers miscellaneous repair, renovation, distemper, painting and construction works together with a term contract for internal electric, water supply and sui gas works under ESM-I Sub Division. Each lot is one work package. Interested contractors must submit an application with credentials for scrutiny and issuance of tender documents. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, including works executed during the last two years, using the prescribed proforma. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and provide a copy of valid PEC registration. They must also be on the approved MES list in Categories A, B, C, D or E and possess experience of the advertised work type. No deposit or CDR amount, and no ATL requirement, is specified in the notice. Applications and tenders are to be received at the office of the Accepting Officer, GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi.
