Bulk Purchase of Miscellaneous Stationary and General Store Items for FY 2026-27

Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from local, security-cleared contractors for the bulk supply of miscellaneous stationary and general store items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the entire year, and supplies will be ordered or received on a quarterly basis as per the institute's requirements. Interested bidders must submit their quotations in sealed envelopes clearly marked with Quotation for the supply of MISCELLANEOUS STATIONARY / GEN STORE ITEMS for AFIMH Rawalpindi. The deadline for submission is 1100 hrs on 25 August 2026 at the office of Officer (Q), AFIMH Rawalpindi. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives. To participate, suppliers must register with AFIMH Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27. Invitation tender documents, including the list of items, can be obtained from the office during working hours at a non-refundable cost of PKR 5000. The Commandant reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage prior to acceptance, as per PPRA Rule 33(1). Quoted rates will remain valid for the entire financial year 2026-2027.
