Misc Works at PAC Kamra and HIT Taxila Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials from firms and contractors for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for various construction and electrical works at PAC Kamra and HIT Taxila Cantt near Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi. The works include provision and installation of a new tube well with allied accessories for HQ S&T at ARF Domestic Area PAC Kamra, electric supply for external lights in MRF PAC Kamra, fixing of security and safety fence at MRF PAC Kamra, rehabilitation of pathway at MRF PAC Kamra, construction of RCC foundations at buildings in AMF Tech Area PAC Kamra, and provision of external electrification mini substation at HIT Taxila Cantt. Items being procured: - Provision/Installation of New Tube Well with Allied Accessories for HQ S&T at ARF Domestic Area PAC Kamra - Provision of Electric Supply for External Lights in MRF PAC Kamra - Provision/Fixing of Security/Safety Fence at MRF PAC Kamra - Rehab of Pathway at MRF PAC Kamra - Construction of 07 x RCC Foundation at Bldg No.107 (C) AMF Tech Area PAC Kamra - Construction of 05 x RCC Foundation at Bldg No.106 Tech Area AMF JF-17 PAC Kamra - Provision of External Electrification Mini Sub Station to Cn Sectt Sub Station at HIT Taxila Cantt The technical scope covers civil and electrical works at specified military and technical areas. Firms must be registered with PEC in categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 with validity up to June 2026. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi is required. Firms must submit work orders, location details, pictures of completed projects, and satisfactory completion certificates. Additionally, a list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years must be furnished. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports should exist. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 21 September 2026 at 1130 hours. The tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting office reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PRA rules 2004.
