Procurement of Miscellaneous Aviation Ground Support Equipment and Machine Tools

The CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of miscellaneous aviation ground support equipment, tools, and machine tools to meet anticipated LP demands of dependent users during FY 2026-27. Items being procured include ground support equipment, tools, and machine tools. Bidding is open to all manufacturers, agents of manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractor firms with valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) / Directorate General Procurement – Army (DGP-A), or Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF, and Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for supply of stores. Interested bidders may inspect tender documents at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra on any working day during office hours 0800 to 1600 and purchase tender documents at a cost of Rs. 5,000 (Five Thousand) in cash, non-refundable. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the tender box placed at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra on or before 10 Sep 2026 till 1300 hours. Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security of Rs. 250,000/- in the form of CDR, and bidder's eligibility/profile documents are mandatory. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without explanation. All purchases are subject to inspection to ensure quality, quantity, and standard of stores. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation charges valid till 30 June 2027. Bidders will be bound to accept purchase orders on their quoted rates regardless of market fluctuations throughout the country.
