All works are capped at a maximum value of **PKR 4,000,000** per item. Eligibility requires contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), with valid PEC license, ATL status, and NTN. Only firms with sufficient experience in similar works and those on the approved MES list may apply. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be specified in the issued tender documents.
