The application shall be scrutinized and tenders will be received in the office of the acceptance officer by 8 Oct 2026 till 1130 hrs and will be opened on 8 Oct 2026 at 1200 hrs. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submission of registration copy. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on approved lists with experience and those physically present at the time of opening tenders are eligible. The acceptance officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
