Miscellaneous Construction and Repair Works at GE (Army)-II Lahore Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various construction and repair works at GE (Army)-II Lahore Cantt. These works include miscellaneous construction tasks at different locations under GE(A)-II Lahore Cantt, repair, renovation, maintenance, and deposit works at offices, JCOs, Sldrs, and NCs quarters at different locations, abnormal repair and deposit works at Bks and CH/DH, and contracts for water supply and Sui Gas including minor maintenance and deposit works with a limit of Rs. 300,000 per sub-division. Additionally, deposit works for periodical services, mud plastering, and leaping for the area under Sub Divisions including requisitioned houses are also included. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous construction works at different locations under GE(A)-II Lahore Cantt - Repair, renovation, maintenance, and deposit works at offices/JCOs/Sldrs/NCs quarters at different locations under GE(A)-II Lahore Cantt - Abnormal repair and deposit works at Bks, CH/DH at different locations under GE(A)-II Lahore Cantt - Term contract for B&R, internal water supply and Sui Gas including minor maintenance and deposit works up to Rs. 300,000 each sub-division under GE(A)-II GE(A)-II Lahore Cantt - Provision of Bazar supply material for B/R, E/m, water supply and Sui Gas items for GE(A)-II LRC - Decoration contract for deposit works B&R for periodical services and mud plastering and leaping for the area under sub divisions under GE(A)-II LRC including requisitioned houses and deposit works The scope covers multiple locations within Lahore Cantt, involving civil construction, repair, maintenance, and supply of materials related to water and gas utilities. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, D, or E and must be on the approved list of MES with relevant experience. Firms should have executed similar works costing over 5 million PKR in the last three years and must provide proof of FBR/ATL registration and earnest money as per PPRA rules. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors upon application submission by 7 days before the closing date. The tender must be received by the acceptance officer by 11:30 AM on 12 November 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day at GE (Army)-II Lahore Cantt office. Contractors are advised to ensure their applications are complete and attested and to be present at the time of tender opening.
