Miscellaneous Construction and Repair Works at GE (Army) II Lahore Cantt

The Military Engineer Services office of GE (Army) II Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders for various construction and repair works under PPRA Rules 13 (I) of 2014. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous construction works at different locations under GE (A) II LRC - Miscellaneous repair, renovation, maintenance, and deposit works at Officers, JCOs, Soldiers, and NCsE quarters at different locations under GE (Army) II Lahore Cantt - Miscellaneous repair, renovation, abnormal repair, and deposit works at barracks, CH/DH at different locations under GE (A) II Lahore Cantt - Term Contract for building and roads, internal water supply and Sui Gas including minor maintenance and deposit work up to Rs. 300,000 per sub-division under GE (A) II Lahore Cantt - Provision of bazaar supply material for building and roads, electrical/mechanical, water supply and Sui Gas items for GE (A) II LRC - Decoration contract for building and roads for periodical services, mud plastering and leaping for the area under sub-divisions of GE (A) II LRC including requisitioned houses and deposit works These works involve a range of civil construction and maintenance activities including repair, renovation, water supply, gas connections, and decoration services across various military installations in Lahore Cantt. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E with relevant experience. Contractors must provide proof of financial stability, skilled personnel, and equipment for similar works executed in the last three years costing over PKR 5 million. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the eligibility criteria. Contractors must submit their applications along with credentials within 8 days of advertisement to the office of GE (Army) II Lahore Cantt.
