Cantonment Board Peshawar invites bids through e-PADS V.2 for various civil works under the MFS Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended). The procurement is for multiple infrastructure improvement projects in Peshawar Cantonment, including road resurfacing, drainage, water supply, and public improvement works. Public Improvement Works These works involve resurfacing roads, constructing drains, laying water pipes, tile provision, mosque improvements, parking shed fabrication, and annual maintenance of various Cantt Fund infrastructure. The projects are to be executed as per work orders. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for 2026-27 and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must submit bids in two sealed envelopes: one technical bid with bid security of 2% of estimated cost and bid document fee of Rs. 1000, and one financial bid. The technical and financial proposals will be evaluated as per laid down criteria including experience, financial status, tax certificates, and machinery availability. Bids must be submitted by 5 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening of technical bids at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of Cantonment Board Peshawar, 5-Captain Abdul Jalil (Shaheed) Road, Peshawar Cantonment. The financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
