Supply of Miscellaneous Electrical Items

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) invites qualified suppliers to submit their tenders for the supply of miscellaneous electrical items on free delivery basis at KSEW, Karachi. This procurement is under the Purchase Department of KSEW located in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Electrical items as per attached specification of 02 pages. The technical scope requires compliance with KSEW tender specifications including OEM authorization distribution certificate from Pakistan and conformity letter from OEM. Warranty/Guarantee for 12 months is mandatory alongside OEM warranty. Delivery period is 15 days after issuance of Purchase Order. Suppliers must mention NTN and GST numbers in their offers. The material must be supplied free of cost at KSEW. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, OEM authorization, and compliance with tender specifications. Earnest money of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Pay Order must be attached with the offer. Security deposit of 5% of ordered value will be required from the successful bidder within 7 days after opening of offer. Validity of the tender should be minimum 60 days from the date of tender opening. The tender submission deadline is 27th June 2026 by 10:45 am at the Purchase Department, Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited, West Wharf, Karachi-74000. Tenders will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the tender room.
