Contractors must have experience in similar works and be borne on the approved list of MES contractors or other government departments. Valid GST registration, National Tax Number, CNIC, and proof of skilled/unskilled personnel, machinery, and bank statements are mandatory. Contractors not on the MES approved list must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost as FDR pledged to GE (Navy) Logistics Karachi.
