Monitoring and Repairing of Building Security Cameras & Surveillance System at Emigration Tower Islamabad

The Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment Islamabad invites bids for the monitoring, fixing, and repairing of the building security cameras and surveillance system installed at Emigration Tower, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Monitoring and fixing/repairing of building security cameras and surveillance system - Deployment of 2 technical staff (morning and evening shifts, 8 hours each) - Deployment of 1 Engineer for weekly supervision and reporting The installed security system includes 4 PTZ cameras, 37 IP security cameras (dome & bullet types), 3 LED screens (55 inch TCL Q Led), 2 Network Video Recorders (32 channel), 8 hard drives (4TB + 8TB), 9 switches (1x24 ports, 8x8 ports), 1 UPS (5 KVA Fronus PV 5200), 2 tubular batteries, 1 walk-through gate, 1 manual electric hydraulic road blocker, 1 joystick, and 1 Haier split AC (1.5 tons). The selected bidder must ensure round-the-clock monitoring and timely response to complaints during office hours. The technical staff must be skilled and experienced in security and surveillance system maintenance. The contract duration is one year, renewable for two additional years based on satisfactory performance. The bidder must provide all necessary tools and equipment including ladders for maintenance work. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration with codes EE02 & EE04, FBR registration, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ISO 9001:2015 certification, financial soundness with minimum Rs. 10 million credit, and satisfactory performance certificates from government organizations. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque must be submitted in hard copy to Emigration Tower, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad.
