MS Structure Fabrication Work Behind Auditorium ICCBS University of Karachi

The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences University of Karachi is procuring MS structure fabrication work behind the auditorium at ICCBS, Karachi. This project involves the design, supply, fabrication, and installation of a metal structure to support a vehicle parking area with a minimum clear height of 14 feet from the RCC structure. The scope includes site cleaning, leveling, disposal of debris, laying granular mix material, and civil concrete footings designed to withstand static loads, wind pressure up to 40m/s, and solar panel loads. The structure must comply with ASTM-A36, ASTM-123, and ASCE 7-10 standards, with all components bonded for potential equalization. The work also includes RCC concrete foundations, stainless steel fasteners, cleaning platforms, epoxy and red oxide painting, mounting accessories, and plumbing for water drainage channels. The contractor must submit detailed technical drawings, SAP/ANSYS reports, and ensure all materials conform to ACI and ASTM standards verified by certified laboratories. Eligibility requires PEC registration C5 or above with CE-10 category, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and proven experience with similar projects in the last three years.
