Annual Framework Contract for Municipal Infrastructure Works in Rawalpindi 2025-26

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from eligible firms for an Annual Framework Contract for municipal infrastructure and allied maintenance works for the year 2025-26. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single stage, single envelope procedure. Lot 3: P/F RCC precast manhole covers with 2.5-inch frame and 4 x 4 feet CI size; estimated amount **Rs. 10.00 Million** and bid security **Rs. 0.500 Million**. Lot 4: GI iron grating with 3-inch outer frame and 2.5-inch inner frame, fabricated using box and flat Patti; estimated amount **Rs. 10.00 Million** and bid security **Rs. 0.500 Million**. Lot 5: Road lane marking, including 5-inch traffic lane marking with 1.5 mm thick thermoplastic paint and glass beads, complete in all respects; estimated amount **Rs. 10.00 Million** and bid security **Rs. 0.500 Million**. Lot 6: Painting of kerb stones, including painting old road-side kerb surfaces and related areas; estimated amount **Rs. 10.00 Million** and bid security **Rs. 0.500 Million**. Quantities are not separately stated in the notice. Bidders must be firms registered with the relevant Pakistan Engineering Council category for the applicable year and must provide the required bid security separately for each lot. All applicable registration, tax, ATL, GST and professional documentation should be current. Bids must be uploaded through Punjab e-Procurement System by **11:00 AM on 23 June 2025**. The bids will be opened at **11:30 AM on 23 June 2025** in the Office of the Municipal Officer Infrastructure, Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. A hard copy of the bid security must also reach the designated office before the closing date and time. The procuring agency may accept or reject bids under applicable rules.
