Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of advanced narcotics detection equipment in Rawalpindi by the Anti-Narcotics Force. The procurement covers three key lots: Fume/Vapor Detectors, Handheld Narcotics Analyzers, and Full Body Scanner Systems, all critical for enhancing security and contraband detection capabilities.
The equipment includes Ion Mobility Spectrometry-based vapor detectors, handheld Raman spectroscopy analyzers, and full-body X-ray scanners with ultra-low radiation doses. These devices must meet international standards and come with comprehensive warranties, local support, and operator training. The delivery and installation will be within six weeks, including commissioning and after-sales maintenance across the relevant operational areas.
Bidders should ensure compliance with FBR registration, ATL status, and provide valid manufacturer authorization. PEC registration and relevant category certifications are advised for smooth processing. The tender requires a 2% bid security and a 10% performance guarantee. Bidders must prepare separate technical and financial proposals, submitted in sealed envelopes, with bids valid for 90 days.
Submission deadline is set for the 23rd of April 2026, with technical bids opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Documents can be obtained from the Dy Director Aviation office at HQ ANF, opposite Old Airport Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted both online via EPADS and in hard copy at the HQ ANF office.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the bid security and stamp duty requirements as specified in the newspaper advertisement to avoid disqualification. Also, ensure all technical specifications match the references provided to meet evaluation criteria effectively.
