Network Infrastructure Upgrade (C2 Building)

Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur invites sealed bids through EPADS only for the Network Infrastructure Upgrade (C2 Building). The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and possess Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status with authorization from Manufacturer/Principal specific for this tender. Bidders should have sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the assigned task within the prescribed time limit upon contract finalization with PAF-IAST. Items being procured: - Network Infrastructure Upgrade for C2 Building The tender document includes instructions to bidders, project background, scope of work, general and special terms, submission procedure, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and related information. It is available electronically from the university website http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and the EPADS-KPPRA website www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the shape of CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office, Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur before the online submission deadline, along with a tender fee of Rs 1000. Bids submitted without earnest money or tender fee will not be opened. Bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before Tuesday 20 October 2026, at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders. This tender will be executed in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)b Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure.
