Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized distributors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of networking and electrical work equipment for the AI Lab. Items being procured: - Networking and Electrical Work AI Lab Interested eligible bidders may download tender documents from E-Pads or obtain them with a written request from the office of the undersigned Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm until 22 October 2026 upon payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in cash. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted through E-Pads. A Bid Security of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Lahore Campus is required. The hard copy of documents and original bid security must be deposited in the Procurement Office before 11:30 hrs on 23 October 2026. Proposals will be opened the same day after 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration.
