Bacha Khan Medical Complex MTI Swabi invites bids through the E-PAD System (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended time to time, under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the construction of a new room and ramp for the Burn Unit at BKMC/GKMC-MTI Swabi. Items being procured: - New Construction of Room & Ramp for Burn Unit, BKMC/GKMC-MTI, Swabi (3rd Time) This project involves civil construction works at the medical complex site in Swabi. The scope includes building a new room and ramp specifically designed for the Burn Unit, ensuring compliance with hospital specifications and standards. The work requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and adherence to KP-PPRA rules. Bid security must be 2% of the engineer's estimate and submitted in original form along with original stamp papers; pay order bid security is not acceptable. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI pf 2013. The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 12-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 02-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal only; handwritten tenders will not be accepted.
