This procurement is managed by the United Nations Development Programme, a globally recognized organization committed to sustainable development and governance improvement.
Items being procured:

The scope involves developing a comprehensive strategic plan for the National Human Rights Institution (NHRI), ensuring alignment with project goals and international standards. The assignment demands a high level of expertise in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and implementation frameworks.
Eligible bidders must be individuals with proven track records in similar assignments, possessing relevant qualifications and experience. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is essential. The technical bid should demonstrate capability and past performance, while the financial bid must be competitive and transparent.
