Procurement of NTC Data Center Karachi Equipment on Turnkey DDP Site Basis

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites bids for the procurement of advanced Data Center equipment to be installed at its Regional Headquarters Building in Malir Halt, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at establishing a state-of-the-art on-premises compute, storage, and cloud platform to enhance NTC's footprint in the southern region of Pakistan. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of computing nodes with GPU capabilities, storage area networks, virtualization/cloud software, and associated training and commissioning services. The technical scope covers high-performance rack mount servers equipped with Intel Xeon 6th Gen processors and NVIDIA GPUs, NVMe all-flash storage with 350 TB raw capacity, backup storage solutions, SAN switches, and a multi-tenant cloud orchestration platform. The project also includes a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) for OEM and local partner support for up to four years, along with OEM certified training for NTC personnel. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess relevant PEC specialization codes for telecom and data center equipment, and have a proven track record of at least three similar installations in Pakistan. An average annual turnover of PKR 1000 million over the last three years is required. Bidders must provide valid OEM authorization and submit all required documentation including technical and financial proposals, bid security of PKR 15 million, and compliance certificates. The tender closing date is **June 30, 2026**, with electronic bids to be submitted via the EPADS platform only. Manual or late submissions will be rejected. The original bid security must reach the NTC Procurement Office in Islamabad by the bid closing time.
