Tender Description
The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from all manufacturers, importers, distributors, partners, or service providers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the procurement of Nurse Call System Spare Parts. The bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA-2014 regulations.
Items being procured:
- Nurse Call System Spare Parts as per Bill of Quantities in the bidding document
Bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and also from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication.
The technical scope includes supply of spare parts for the Nurse Call System with delivery terms DDP. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated amount, amounting to Rs. 130,940, to be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. No physical financial instruments will be accepted.
E-bids must be submitted online on or before the 9th of September 2026 at 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Hard copies are not required. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI&RC during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Monday to Friday. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. The procuring agency is not responsible for any failure or technical issues during bid submission. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
